Our restaurant

A popular spot for those looking for a restaurant in Newtonmore, our lounge and dining area hosts our homemade menu with traditional bar meals. Lucky enough to be close to some wonderful local produce, we incorporate that into our menu as often as we can.

As we try to keep our menus as fresh and exciting as possible, we have a habit of changing them from week to week. In addition to the menu below we have a children’s menu and a special menu that changes from day to day. See below for our most recent menu.

We went for a quick dinner on our first night in Newtonmore and were so delighted with the quality of the food we returned the next night too!! We tried lots of menu items but special mention to the fish, haggis starter (especially the mustard sauce), and the lasagne. All finished with wonderful ice cream. The restaurant is especially good value for feeding kids with a good range of reasonably priced starters, mains and desserts in their children’s menu

Private functions

Our large dining room can seat 140 + or we have a partition in place to cosy up this room for smaller parties. We have hosted many weddings, family reunions and birthdays.
